2.       The new the Chapter of the Technical Matters in the FIDE Handbook – see attached the actual version after many improvements made during the last year – see attached. Changes – yellow colour, news green colour.

          TEC wishes to prepare the mentioned Chapter like a guide (Manuel) for organisers of tournament different levels

3.       All participants are kindly requested to express the opinion regarding the mentioned matters as well as to propose corrections.

4.       Miscellaneous – proposals
